No Show Policy
What is a “No Show” and what are the effects?  A “No Show” is when a tee time reservation is made at a golf course, and all or a portion of these golfers, fail to show up for their reserved tee time. Generally, a course would like the golfer who made the reservation to contact the golf course at a minimum of 24-hours prior to their reserved tee time to cancel the entire tee time reservation, or downsize the number of golfers playing in the group.  If golfers do this, it enables other Members to reserve the tee time, which has two advantages.  First, it allows other members the opportunity to play as opposed to the tee time going empty, and secondly, the golf course is able to generate the expected revenue for that tee time slot.

When times go unused without the opportunity to sell them, it negatively affects the financial performance of the course.  We understand that situations occur and sometimes tee time reservations must be cancelled.  If you are unable to make your tee time, we require that you cancel your tee time online or give us a call at least 12-hours prior to your tee time.  The more notice you give us, the better chance we have in putting other golfers in that slot, and in turn, keeping golf as affordable as possible.
