It is time to register your team for the annual Wellness At Work Challenge!
Please see the Wellness Flyer for details, and complete and return the attached Team Registration Form to the HR Department no later than Wednesday, September 11th.

Our "Wellness at Work" Kick-Off Event will be held on Wednesday, September 11th, at 11:00 AM in the City Hall Commission Room. Reminder: At least one team member (typically, the Captain) must be present to obtain all needed information and materials to get started.
Our six-week challenge will begin on Thursday, September 12th, and end on Wednesday, October 23rd. Each week, there will be unique challenges to earn bonus points and give your team a competitive edge!
