Use Online Payment Options
It's easy to make payments online. You can pay bills online, such as Property Taxes, Water Bills, Invoices and Special Assessments, simply by calling 855.780.5989 or follow this link to submit your payment online.
- Property Taxes - Please have your tax statement and credit card available. You will be asked for your parcel identification number. No partial payments can be accepted for tax payments.
- Water Bills - You will be asked for your account number or property address.
- Invoices - You will be asked for your invoice number.
- Special Assessments - You will be asked for your special assessment roll number (SAD######) and your parcel identification number.
Parking Tickets - Pay Online visit www.certifiedpayments.net (Use Bureau Code 9169916), or call 866.549.1010.
You will be asked for the ticket number or your license plate number.
Other options to pay your parking ticket are in person, by mail, or you may drop off after hours. To pay in person, visit the Treasurer's Office from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. Our office is closed on holidays. If your parking ticket is due on a weekend or holiday, we will accept payment on the first business day after the due date. If you are mailing payment, mail to: Treasury Office, 151 Martin St., Birmingham, MI 48012. Please do not send cash. There is a drop box located behind City Hall to pay after hours or during holidays. What you should know about Credit Card Payments - By Telephone or Internet Only
VISA, MasterCard, American Express are now available by telephone or internet. You will be asked to pay a convenience fee based upon the amount of your payment. If you agree to pay the convenience fee, you will be given a confirmation number which should be kept for your records. Your payment will be posted on the next business day. All reversals made after posting will be assessed a $25 administrative fee.
